Instant Exchanger Services
 
Instant exchanger services are designated for unforeseen breakdown situations. Service for malfunctioning product(s) are priced separately in order to complete maintenance/repair/replacement services in the shortest time possible.

Collective Exchanger Maintenance Services

Instant and collective exchanger maintenance services are provided for cases where the products demonstrating acceptable levels of contamination and leaking are piled up to be maintained collectively. This type of service is priced separately according to present conditions for each product based on the list of products and malfunctions.
 

Planned Exchanger Maintenance Services

Planned exchanger maintenance service type is designated for collective and planned maintenance works for the products with acceptable levels of contamination and leaking. All products included within the scope of the agreement will be listed by you or us depending on your choice. Common group types are determined by us. Relevant products will be provided with maintenance services on the spot according to the schedule. All spare parts (including plates and seals) and products to be used in this type of agreement will be fixed within the framework of the agreement. All maintenance works for the products included within the agreement will be invoiced based on the figures set forth by the said agreement.


Periodical Exchanger Maintenance Services

The periodical exchanger maintenance service type aims to reduce the maintenance cost for unforeseen breakdown situations and to prevent potential faults in advance. Thus, the goal is to achieve uninterrupted operation of the business. All products included within the scope of the agreement will be listed by you or us depending on your choice. Regardless of presence of any malfunction, the exchangers included within the scope of the agreement will be visited by us on your premises in order to conduct separate examinations. Reports will be issued based on these examinations. Any defect, fault, malfunction or breakdown will be corrected. These procedures will be reported. In case of malfunction occurring despite the periodical maintenance, the problem will be solved by us immediately. Within scope of this type of agreement, the grand annual maintenance totals will be invoiced based on periods. All spare parts (including plates and seals) to be used in this type of agreement will be invoiced based on the fixed prices set forth within the framework of the agreement. No additional service/labour fee will be reflected upon you for maintenance work throughout the term of the agreement.
